A sculptural interpretation of the geography of the Shan Hai Jing. Coiling dragon forms support a sphere traced with an intricate landscape, inviting a view from every side.
Part of Lu Renjie’s Shan Hai Jing practice, the Celestial Sphere moves mythic geography from the plane of a map into three-dimensional space.
